Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you would like us to deliver somewhere else, please write to us on the Contact page before ordering.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away and a second email with your tracking number when your parcel ships.

Delivery times

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. Your total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 6 to 11 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees: weather, customs checks, peak seasons and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Any optional faster shipping method is shown at checkout with its price before you pay. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with tracked carriers. The carrier name and a tracking link are included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show the first scan after dispatch. You can also use the Track Your Order page.

Orders with several items

Items in the same order can ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve an additional shipping cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement or refund you, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries within the United States, applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout.
